Personal opinion:
I really like this audio. Technical trading is something Kiyosaki is not talking very much about, so when he does, I find it very interesting. If you're a fragment intelligent, this audio will spark a glitter of ideas in your brain. The whole thing takes just 48 minutes, and I personally find it very valuable.
If you're working full-time with trading, it might have limited value.
